Our Brisket is rubbed with our signature blend of spices then cooked slow and low with pineapple and pomegranate juice. Served over pimento cheesy bread, kinda like a really dense biscuit of goodness. Topped with our Comeback Slaw.
Pig and Peaches:
One of our most popular sandwiches! This sandwich is made on a buttery toasted hoagie roll with our home made creamy Boursin style spread, and Spiced Rum Peach jam. It's finished with delicious shaved smoked pork that has been marinated in a citrus brine.
Nacho Mama's Meatloaf Sandwich:
Our sandwich is definitely not your mothers! The ground pork and beef is seasoned with Mexican Spices. Slow baked in the oven, then finished with a quick sear on the griddle. Our Jicama Radish slaw is made with lime zest, and fresh cilantro. Finished off with a drizzle of chipotle mayo on a buttery toasted bun.
Low Country Shrimp and Grits
Shrimp, Peppers and Onions simmered with bacon and Cajun seasoning. Served over creamy stone ground grits.
Salad of the Moment
Arugula with Feta, Toasted Almonds and Craisins in an Agave Cider Vinaigette. A lighter option but still packed with flavor. Salty, sweet, crunchy and fresh peppery greens with our amazing house dressing. Great with a side of Brisket, Pimento cheese puffs or Cheesy Mac!
